Pinnacle Nord Du Lac consist of 904,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a 479,000 square foot lifestyle center. Beard Construction Group was awarded the site preparation for the retail mall, including clearing, grubbing, storm-water drainage, access roads, and parking for the 130 acre site. In addition, Beard constructed 1.5 miles of boulevard.

 

Beard Construction Group was award the site preparation for the retail facility, parking, roads, storm-water drainage, and other civil related construction items. In addition Beard was awarded the roads and drainage to access other retail stores which will locate on the Cabela's property. This area is be referenced as "Sportsman Park”. Beard's contracts totaled over $7.5 million for the project.

 

General Growth Properties, a Chicago-basedcompany, completed construction on a $70 million expansion at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, LA. One of the first contracts let was to Beard Construction Group to perform the site work for a 15-screen movie theater. In addition to the movie theater, the expansion included 11 upscale stores and four restaurants. Additional contracts awarded to Beard included the construction of a left turning lane to the Bluebonnet exit off of Interstate 10. This included adding new signs and performing landscaping for the previously completed projects.
