Terry Overton has over 27 years experience supervising civil crews and coordinating numerous on-site subcontractors.  Terry's work experience includes working in the industrial, commercial, military and heavy construction markets. Terry is very experienced in heavy equipment operation, underground pipe installation, form work carpentry, concrete installation, rod busting, steel erection and millwright work. His experience includes working for large engineering, procurement and construction management firms.
