James Kogel has worked in the construction industry over the last 36 years and has been a field supervisor for the last 30 years. His experience includes working in the refining, chemical, pulp and paper and power generation industries performing heavy earthwork and civil construction. James manages and oversees all field construction activities including the coordination of all disciplines of work. He reports directly to the client/owner and serves as the client liaison. Other responsibilities include the supervision of field personnel, planning, project execution, scheduling, production, safety, QA/QC, cost control and contractor coordination.
