He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from LSU and has 23 years experience in industrial construction. His expertise includes civil and mechanical estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontract management, cost control, project management, safety and quality. He is experienced in numerous estimating and project management software programs. Howard's work history includes working on large multi-million dollar civil and mechanical projects.
