He has over 35 years heavy civil construction experience within the public and private sectors. Past work history includes directly supervising multi-million dollar grass root projects for the chemical, refining, gas processing, power generation and other private facilities. Glenn has worked directly with owners and large engineering, procurement and construction management firms. His expertise is in concrete applications including large process foundations.
