Beard was awarded the $3.96 Million contract for the Site-Work and Concrete portion of the second phase of Shintech's Rail Expansion project at their Plaquemine Plant in Iberville Parish, Louisiana. Beard's scope of work included the site preparation to install 55,000 track feet for a new rail spur and expansion, rail storage facility, weigh-in-motion scale and scale house.
